My name is Myriam, and I'm a passionate interior designer. I grew up in Louvain-la-Neuve and moved to Brussels almost 20 years ago. Today, I live here with my partner and our three children.

A graduate in Art History, a jack-of-all-trades, rebellious and cheerful, I've always been drawn to creativity and human experiences. Yet, my career path was always a little too rigid…

And then, almost by chance, I restored an old sofa for my home. It was a revelation! I found in it a language that resonated with me. The language of hands, materials, and colors.

I then founded Machao in 2019. More than a job, it is a true passion that I am developing with the desire to preserve a human-sized business, faithful to my values ​​of authenticity, creativity and transmission.
