Two small glazed stoneware vases produced in West Germany in the 1970s.
Their deep brown glaze crossed by a volcanic red band is typical of the “Fat Lava” style, very characteristic of German ceramics of this period.

Their compact size allows for multiple uses: small vase, kitchen utensil holder, brush holder or desk pot.
